For your order, you can choose between several payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal.

We have integrated the 3D Secure system for increased security during your transaction.

We offer payment in 3x free of charge in Metropolitan France and Belgium. You will need to select the ALMA payment method when you finalise your order. You can also benefit from Paypal's 4x free payment by selecting this payment method and choosing this option directly when you open the application.

You can buy gift cards on the website or in the shop. We offer different gift card amounts credited at the time of purchase, from €50 to €1,000. For online purchases, receive your gift card directly in your mailbox.

The TAMMY & BENJAMIN gift card is valid for one year on the website and in the Paris boutique. It cannot be returned or refunded.

Orders

To place your order, first select the product model of your choice, the colour and possibly the strap if there are several options on the product page. Then click on the "Add to cart" button. To view and modify the contents of your cart, click on the "Cart" icon at the top right of the web page.

In the cart, you can adjust quantities and remove items from your order. Once everything is correct, click on "Confirm your order".

The next step gives you the option of logging in to fill in your details automatically, creating an account, or continuing the purchase without creating an account.

To finish, choose your delivery method - pick-up in our parisian boutique, home delivery or delivery to a relay point - and proceed to payment.

Once you have confirmed your Shopping Cart, filled in your delivery details, selected your payment method and clicked on "confirm payment", a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This e-mail will contain a resume of your order, including the shipping method chosen and the delivery address indicated.

Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours during the week, or on Monday if the order is placed at the weekend.

If the order has already left our depots, you will need to contact us via the same contact form to initiate a returns procedure. A refund will be made as soon as we receive your bag. Delivery and returns

Delivery is free in metropolitan France.

Different options are available:

  • Delivery by courier: Monday to Friday from 10am to 6.30pm for orders located in Paris intramuros only.
  • Pick-up in our Paris boutique at 33 rue de Poitou (75003). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is available.
  • Standard delivery by Colissimo at home or in a relay point: You will receive your Colissimo tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Once the parcel has been shipped, delivery takes 48 to 72 hours.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales and promotional periods.

Delivery costs vary according to the country of delivery and will be calculated automatically on the shipping page when you place your order.

Please note that customs duties may apply to orders outside the European Union and are charged to the customer.

We work with different logistics partners depending on your country of delivery (Colissimo, DHL). You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Shipments are made from our depot in France from Monday to Friday.

  • Europe: Once the parcel has been shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 days depending on the country of delivery.
  • International: Once the parcel has been shipped, delivery takes 5 to 7 days.
  • Free worldwide delivery for all orders in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America (standard shipping).
  • Delivery times are between 7 and 15 days for the following countries and regions: Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Lebanon and Greenland.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales and promotional periods.

Once your order has been shipped, our delivery partners will provide you with tracking details by e-mail, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.

If you choose home delivery, your parcel will be delivered to you in person, and a signature will be required to confirm receipt. If you are absent during the first delivery attempt, our carriers will make another attempt on the next working day.

If you are absent again at the time of the second delivery, you have a period of 5 to 10 working days, depending on the carrier, to collect your parcel from the relay point indicated on the delivery notice. Don't forget to take the delivery notice and a valid piece of identification with you.

If your parcel is returned to sender or appears to have been lost, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service via the contact form.

Please note that returns are free in Metropolitan France. Returns from abroad are at the customer's charge.

We will refund or exchange any product you order for a period of 30 days* after reception of your order. All you have to do is send an email to our Customer Service via the contact form
*Products from the SECOND LIFE selection are refunded in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year.

When you request a return, please provide us with the following information: your order number and the reason for your return.

All products returned for refund or exchange must be in their original packaging. Otherwise, the product will be returned to sender.

Please note that the bag must not have been used: returns may be refused if the bag shows signs of use.

All exchanged products will be sent to your default delivery address. You can change this by contacting the Customer Service.

Please pack the products as securely as possible to avoid any risk of damage during the journey. We are not responsible for any damage that may happen during the return delivery.

Our leather goods

All our creations are designed and developed in Paris, France. Production is carried out in exceptionally qualified workshops in Florence, Italy and Alicante, Spain. The leathers are meticulously selected in Italy.

Avant de quitter nos ateliers, chaque sac fait l’objet d’un contrôle qualité minutieux.

Nous vérifions les cuirs, les coutures, les tranches, les pièces métalliques et le système de fermeture, afin de vous garantir un niveau d’exigence irréprochable à l’ouverture de votre colis.

  • Un caractère unique

Chaque sac est fabriqué à la main à partir d’un matériau vivant. De légères variations de grain, de teinte ou de texture peuvent apparaître d’un cuir à l’autre.

Ces nuances sont le reflet de la matière naturelle et du travail artisanal, et doivent être perçues comme un signe d’authenticité plutôt que comme un défaut.

In order to take care of your bag and ensure its longevity, we recommend you to follow these tips:

  • Protect your bag from humidity as it could cause irreversible damage to your bag.
  • Protect your bag from constant direct lighting and sources of heat, which can alter its colour and shape.
  • Avoid any contact with fatty substances, cosmetics, alcohol or perfume: these can cause irreversible stain on the material.
  • Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces that could scratch the leather and metal parts.
  • Store your bag in its dustbag when not in use. Maintain its shape by filling the interior with tissue paper.
  • Avoid rubbing on dark coloured or heavily dyed clothing to reduce the risk of colour bleeding onto your bag.
  • If your bag is made of suede, we advise you to use a waterproof spray every 2-3 months.

Garantie & réparations

Nos produits sont la preuve du savoir-faire et de la qualité TAMMY & BENJAMIN.

Tous nos sacs sont garantis 1 an à compter de la date d’achat contre tout défaut de fabrication.

Cette garantie couvre les défauts liés à la conception ou à la fabrication du sac. Elle ne couvre pas l’usure normale, une utilisation anormale ni les dommages accidentels.

Les articles provenant de la collection SECONDE VIE ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie spécifique.

Même lorsque le problème ne relève pas strictement de la garantie, nous ferons toujours de notre mieux pour vous accompagner et trouver une solution qui vous apporte entière satisfaction.

Ce que la garantie ne couvre pas

La garantie ne s’applique pas notamment dans les cas suivants :

  • Usure normale liée à l’utilisation du sac,
  • Dommages accidentels (chocs, chutes, taches, exposition à l’eau ou à la chaleur),
  • Mauvaise utilisation ou entretien inadapté,
  • Produits issus de la collection SECONDE VIE.

Au-delà de la garantie ou lorsque le dommage ne relève pas d’un défaut de fabrication, nous proposons un service de réparation dédié, afin de prolonger la vie de votre sac chaque fois que cela est possible.

Selon le diagnostic, nous pouvons par exemple intervenir sur :

  • Certaines coutures,
  • Le remplacement d’éléments métalliques,
  • Une restauration ou un entretien ciblé du cuir.

Pour toute demande, il vous suffit de contacter notre Service Client en joignant des photos claires de votre sac et de la zone concernée. Nous reviendrons vers vous avec une évaluation, les options envisageables et, si nécessaire, un devis avant toute intervention.

La carte cadeau TAMMY & BENJAMIN est valable 1 an et peut être utilisée en ligne ou en boutique.

Elle est envoyée par email immédiatement après l’achat et contient un code unique à renseigner au moment du paiement.

Nous utilisons exclusivement des cuirs issus de tanneries italiennes certifiées LWG (Leather Working Group), qui respectent des normes environnementales exigeantes, notamment en matière de gestion de l’eau, de l’énergie et des produits chimiques.

  • Fabrication locale en Italie

La fabrication est réalisée en Italie, dans des ateliers sélectionnés pour leur savoir-faire et leur exigence. Cette production locale nous permet de limiter les transports inutiles et d’avoir une meilleure maîtrise de notre chaîne de fabrication.

  • Production raisonnée

Nous privilégions les petites séries et une production raisonnée afin d’éviter la surproduction et le gaspillage. Chaque pièce est pensée comme un objet durable, plutôt qu’un produit jetable de saison.

  • Initiative Seconde Vie

Avec Seconde Vie, nous donnons une nouvelle vie à nos pièces d’archives, prototypes et sacs de seconde main soigneusement sélectionnés. Cette initiative s’inscrit dans une démarche de circularité, en revalorisant l’existant plutôt qu’en produisant systématiquement du neuf.

Nos cuirs proviennent uniquement de coproduits de l’industrie alimentaire, et jamais d’élevages dédiés au cuir.

Ce choix s’inscrit dans une volonté de travailler avec des matières déjà présentes dans la chaîne de valeur, plutôt que de contribuer à la création de nouveaux élevages spécifiques.

Trade-in conditions :

  • Your item is a TAMMY & BENJAMIN item
  • The leather of your item does not have any major alterations (cuts, scratches, holes...)
  • Your item must be clean and have no stains or odours.
  • Your item must be perfectly functional: zips intact, seams flawless, no missing parts (buttons, decorations, etc.).
  • Your item must be sent with its accessories. (resin chain and shoulder strap).
  • Your item will be sent from metropolitan France.
  • Your item must not have been retouched in anyway.
